What is a HAWB?
House Airway Bill (HAWB) - a document that details the goods being moved. It is issued by a freight forwarder (e.g. GWC) to the shipper and accompanies the goods on their journey.
What is a MAWB?
The Master Airway Bill (MAWB) - the bill of Landing issued by air carriers to their customers.
What is a Commercial Invoice?
A document that is issued by the seller, addressed to the buyer, giving details of the individual transaction including complete description of the goods, prices, currency, delivery, and payment terms.
What is Customs Declaration?
Official document that lists and gives details of the goods that are being imported or exported and must go through the customs procedure.
